Cancel the contract

Would you like to cancel your contract? You can use this form to submit your cancellation to us quickly and easily, directly online.

Here’s how it works:

1.     Enter your name, email address, and the corresponding order number in the fields.
2.     Click the “NEXT” button.
3.     Now you can choose whether you want to cancel the entire order or just part of it. Click the “SUBMIT CANCELLATION” button.

After submitting the form, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation via email acknowledging receipt of your cancellation. We will then review your request and contact you as soon as possible regarding the next steps (e.g., returning the merchandise).
